BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY
Hire Charges
The boats are available to hire from 9:30am until 5:30pm each day. You may arrive at 9:00am for the handover procedure, which takes about 20 mins. A DVD is available from us for you to watch before your hire date – The Boaters Manual from the Canal and River Trust – please ask for one, especially if you are a canal novice.
Rates are £200 per day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays and £170 per day during the week. Half day hire is available Monday to Friday at £110.
There is a £300 security deposit which is refunded when the boat has been returned in good condition.
An £80 deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 7 days before the hire date.
If your booking is 7 days or less from the hire date, you will be charged the full hire cost plus the £300 security deposit at the time of booking.
Please read the Conditions of Hire which form the basis of the contract between You and the Company.
Evening cruises are available by arrangement and a steerer is available if you are not confident to steer the boat or all of your party want to relax. Please contact us for further information.
